Grilled Native NH Peaches

Ingredients

  • 6 Native NH Peaches
  • Olive oil

 

Directions

  1. Light a gas grill to medium heat.
  2. Run a knife along each peaches seam to halve them.
  3. Remove the pit and brush each cut side with olive oil.
  4. Please the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes.
  5. Flip the peaches and grill for another 5 minutes or until they are tender.
  6. Serve with vanilla ice cream or as a side with grilled pork.
