- 6 Native NH Peaches
- Olive oil
Directions
- Light a gas grill to medium heat.
- Run a knife along each peaches seam to halve them.
- Remove the pit and brush each cut side with olive oil.
- Please the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes.
- Flip the peaches and grill for another 5 minutes or until they are tender.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or as a side with grilled pork.
