Ingredients:
6 large ripe NH peaches (unpeeled) juice from
1/2 of a lemon
2 tablespoons of sugar
Directions:
- Chop the peaches.
- Put them into your food processor or blender.
- Add the lemon juice and sugar.
- Puree until smooth.
- Fill 8 popsicle molds to the top and then insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze until solid.
- Remove the frozen popsicle from the mold.
