Peach Popsicles

Ingredients:

6 large ripe NH peaches (unpeeled) juice from

1/2 of a lemon

2 tablespoons of sugar

Directions:

1. Chop the peaches.
2. Put them into your food processor or blender.
3. Add the lemon juice and sugar.
4. Puree until smooth.
5. Fill 8 popsicle molds to the top and then insert popsicle sticks.
6. Freeze until solid. 
7. Remove the frozen popsicle from the mold.
