Sauteed Yellow Beans

Ingredients:

2 pounds of yellow beans (or green)

3 tablespoons of butter

salt and pepper (to taste)

 

Directions:

1. Snap the ends off the beans.

2. Melt the butter in a saute pan.

3. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Add the beans to the pan and cook on medium heat until they are tender.
